The C-47 and B-25 both saw major use during WWII. The C-47 is a troop and supply carrier
famous for its operations in the infamous D-Day assault. The C-47, or DC-3 as it is also known as, also saw use as a
commercial airliner. The B-25 is a medium range bomber famous for its use during the Doolittle Tokyo Raid. Today salvaged
B-25s are used in the film industry for air to air photo shoots as well as other aerial photography since their gunner positions
provide for good film shooting locations.
Dan Filer and his L-39 AlbatrosSunday Only*
The L-39 is a Soviet Fighter Jet primarily used for training
in the 1960s. The Albatros is the most widely used jet trainer in the world and saw duty as a light attack fighter as well
as in basic and advance pilot training. Dan will have his L-39 availble on the ramp for display.
